Using Mental Fitness To Kick Your Imposter Syndrome with Yael Leinman

It's not uncommon to experience imposter syndrome, which can often get in the way of our day-to-day lives.

We can be quite hard on ourselves, others, and situations, leading us to hold onto negative mantras for longer than needed without realizing it. These thoughts can leave us feeling discouraged, significantly impacting our well-being, work capabilities, and relationships.

In this session, Yael Leinman, a coach and mental health professional, will be using Positive Intelligence™, a framework developed by Shirzad Chamine, to help you identify negative, unhelpful thoughts. Yael will provide helpful information and practical techniques to help you start identifying those unhelpful thoughts and learn how to use them as alert signals, rather than a place to dwell in.

By the end of the session, you will be able to immediately apply the techniques you've learned to recognize your negative mantras and start developing the mental muscles you need to prevent them from hijacking your mind while building a healthier, helpful mindset.

The key principle of Mental Fitness is that while insight is crucial, it's not enough to change our deeply-rooted beliefs. Mental fitness provides a framework, similar to a physical gym, in which we can develop mental muscles to overcome any challenge.
