Application to become a faculty member with Awaken Coach Institute

Thank you for your interest in training future coaches with Awaken Coach Institute. Please familiarize yourself with our core curriculum in the Coach Certification Course, described here: https://www.awakencoachinstitute.com/coach-certification-course   I'm thrilled to hear from you and look forward to our work together.

Awaken Coaching and Awaken Coach Institute is all about deep, spiritual listening so that people who are a little scared can get grounded in their values, build a compassionate community, and do the brave things they're called to do. Our coach institute multiplies this effect.

I will personally read each response and will contact you to set up an interview if we don't already have one scheduled. I am looking forward to speaking with you soon to see if this partnership is a good fit for us all!

Warmly,
Christi

All faculty members are expected to be ambassadors for Awaken Coach Institute. Some foundational expectations:

•Christi Byerly is the CEO and Founder of Awaken Coach Institute and the owner of all intellectual property, including modules that future faculty members may choose to write and develop for the institute.

•Christi will be responsible for accreditation procedures with the ICF.

• Christi will provide templates for developing course materials, if you choose to do so, and will walk closely with you as you gain skill in leading in-person and online coaching courses.

•Coach trainers are seen as experts in their field and are often hired as coaches by the students, so in a sense becoming a faculty member is like receiving paid advertising.

•Payments to you will be made on a contract basis, and will be based on level of experience.

•For in-person training, you will be responsible for your own travel arrangements and costs.

•For distance learning, you will be responsible for your own equipment (laptop with working mic/camera/access to Zoom, etc).

Do you agree with the above information?
